The Dual diagnosis group offers a fantastic social and supportive environment for anyone who identifies as having mental health issues and/or substance issues. This group runs on Thursdays (except the first Thursday of the month) from 5pm until 7pm here at SPARC.
There is a focus on peer support and socialising meaning that people with similar issues can come together not just to discuss and help each other with shared experiences but also simply to enjoy talking with people in a non-judgemental environment.
The group has recently been embarking on day trips to places chosen by the group members.
If you’d like to attend you don’t have to be a member of SPARC but we do ask you to give us a call before you come into the group. This is so that we can take a few basic details from you.
